    Why is it rarely mentioned that the only currently viable source of hydrogen in commercial quantities is petroleum deposits. Fuel cells may be better from a carbon viewpoint but carbon is an increasingly irrelevant mantra; from a fuel security point of view fuel cell technology offers zilch
