In every State and Territory in Australia supporters will be taking to the streets for Walk Against Warming Sunday August 15th.
Walk Against Warming in Melbourne
The walk is to tell their leaders in government to take action on climate change and to pass measures to stop rising pollution and giving big polluters a free ride.
They wish to remind government that a significant amount of the people are doing their part to mitigate climate change and working hard to reduce greenhouse pollution. They are taking steps to conserve water and energy and purchase more green products/energy.
Lace up those blue shoelaces and we shall see you there.
