Customers need only answer three basic questions about their home to receive an immediate installation quote and proposed installation date. This innovative approach does away with the need for pre-installation visits or complex assessments, significantly reducing the time and effort required to set up a home charging solution.
To ensure quality and reliability, ChargePoint has partnered with a network of certified installation providers. This collaboration allows the company to offer a seamless experience from purchase to installation, with only a single in-person interaction required – the installation itself.
